Welcome to SATURDAI CLUB. These terms cover how you buy from and use our website, content, and membership. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SATURDAI CLUB. “Content” means everything we make: the website copy, lessons, courses, prompts, guides, frameworks, visuals, branding, and anything else we publish or deliver.

1. Plain-English summary

Here’s what you’re agreeing to when you buy or use SATURDAI CLUB: you’re buying digital products and/or community access. We deliver them as described. You don’t resell, share, or clone them. We do our best to make them work; Australian Consumer Law protects you if we don’t meet the guarantees it requires. Refunds work the way our Refund Policy says they do. Any disputes go to Queensland courts under Australian law. The rest of this page is the detail.

2. Who we are + your acceptance

SATURDAI CLUB is operated by Phoebe Edwards (sole trader), ABN 92 723 329 612, based in Queensland, Australia.

By purchasing a product, joining the membership, or using thefullystaffed.com, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t purchase or use the site.

3. What you’re buying

We sell digital products and community access. Specifically:

  • $19 mini courses: our standalone mini courses (currently The Handover, Meet Your Team, The Upper Hand, Clock On, Habit Hacker, HealthHQ, Calendar.Inbox.Connected, Task Breakdown, and Meeting Mode). Each is delivered as an instant download, with lifetime access on a personal-use licence.
  • $39/month SATURDAI CLUB membership: a recurring monthly subscription delivering the full lesson library, a private community hosted on Circle, and new lessons as they’re released. Includes every $19 mini course at no extra charge for as long as the membership is active.
  • $299 Set Me Up: a one-off setup session where we set up your AI with you. One session per purchase, booked after payment.
  • Personalised AI Setup (PAIS): a premium, private, one-to-one async build of a custom AI team, available by enquiry (priced individually). One client at a time.

What’s not included: ongoing 1-on-1 coaching, individual technical support beyond setup, and third-party AI subscriptions (ChatGPT or Claude, which you provide yourself; free versions are fine for our lessons).

Retired products: we sometimes retire a product from sale (for example Sort My Week, Voice Note Me, Brain Dump, LifeHQ, and The Briefing). If you bought it before retirement, your access and licence continue exactly as purchased.

4. Pricing + payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and shown on the relevant product page.

GST: SATURDAI CLUB is not currently registered for GST. The price shown is the total; no GST is charged on top.

Payment: one-off products and recurring membership billing are handled securely by our third-party payment provider. Your card details are not stored on thefullystaffed.com.

Price changes: we can update prices at any time. While your membership subscription stays continuously active, your billing stays at the price you signed up at. New purchases pay the current published price.

5. Delivery + access

  • $19 mini courses: instant download access after payment success. Lifetime personal-use licence; access remains active unless you breach §7.
  • Membership: Circle community access delivered within a few minutes of payment success, with lessons accessible immediately. Access remains active for the duration of your active subscription.
  • $299 Set Me Up: session booked after payment; delivered live, with you, at the scheduled time.
  • PAIS: an async build starting once the intake exchange is complete, with a 14-day support window after delivery (support and tweaks, not a money-back guarantee).

6. Refunds + cancellations

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on our off-the-shelf products ($19 mini courses, the $39/month membership, and $299 Set Me Up). Email “refund”. No form, no questions.
  • Membership: cancel anytime in two clicks via Circle. Within the 14-day window, a full refund of that month’s payment.
  • Personalised AI Setup (a custom, made-to-order build): because your team is built to your brief, there’s no change-of-mind refund once you’ve placed your order. Instead, every build comes with 14 days of support after delivery — tell us what’s not working and we’ll fix or fine-tune it. This support window is not a money-back guarantee.
  • Australian Consumer Law guarantees sit on top of all of this and cannot be excluded. If a product or build isn’t of acceptable quality, isn’t fit for the purpose we agreed, or isn’t as described, you’re entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of anything above.

7. Acceptable use

Personal use only. Your access (lessons, prompts, community membership) is non-transferable. Don’t share login credentials, repost or resell course content, or use other members’ community contributions outside the Circle community.

Don’t misuse the site. Don’t scrape, copy at scale, reverse-engineer, or try to break or interfere with the site or its security.

Community guidelines (Circle): the SATURDAI CLUB Circle community has its own posted guidelines. The short version: be kind, no spam, no DMs without consent, and no selling other products inside the community.

We can suspend access if you breach these terms (see §13).

8. Intellectual property

All SATURDAI CLUB Content, including lesson scripts, prompts, methods, frameworks, the cast (such as Percy, Will, The Upper Hand, Task Breakdown), images, videos, branding, and other materials, is owned by us and protected by Australian copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your licence: when you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Content for your own purposes. You can adapt prompts and frameworks for your own work; that’s the whole point. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, sublicence, republish, screenshot-for-redistribution, or publicly share the Content, and you may not use it to build, run, or promote a competing product, course, or membership. The SATURDAI CLUB name and branding may not be used without our written permission.

Attribution: if you reference our methods publicly (for example on social media), attribution to SATURDAI CLUB is appreciated but not required for personal use.

9. Affiliates

If you promote SATURDAI CLUB as an affiliate, our separate Affiliate Program Terms apply, including that you may promote us, but you may not copy, resell, repackage, or clone our Content or build a competing offer from it.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded.

Your ACL rights include guarantees that goods and services be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If we fail those guarantees, you have rights to a refund, repair, replacement, or compensation.

To make an ACL claim: email hello@thefullystaffed.com with the details. If we can’t resolve it, you can escalate to the ACCC or your state/territory consumer-protection body.

11. Limitation of liability

We do our best, but we can’t guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on you actually doing the work the lessons teach. We provide the site and membership “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law: our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from our products or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss. None of this limits the Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot be excluded (see §10); those override this clause where they apply.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SATURDAI CLUB (and its operator) harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any third party’s rights. This doesn’t apply where your liability is excluded by law (consumer-protection law in particular).

13. Termination

You can stop using SATURDAI CLUB anytime. Cancel the membership in Circle; stop using a mini course by closing the tab.

We can suspend or terminate access if you breach §7 or §8 (sharing logins, reselling or cloning content, repeated community-guideline violations, or other material breach). We’ll notify you by email and give you a reasonable chance to resolve it, unless the breach is severe.

Refunds on termination: if we terminate in good faith because of an unresolved breach, no refund is owed beyond what the Refund Policy already requires. If we terminate without good faith, the standard 14-day guarantee applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We update these terms occasionally. The current version always lives on this page with the “last updated” date at the top, and we’ll notify active members of material changes by email. Your continued use after an update counts as acceptance; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and request a refund per the Refund Policy.

15. AI outputs are a starting point, not advice

SATURDAI CLUB teaches you to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude. The things those tools produce, like meal plans, draft emails, schedules, anything, are generated by AI, not by us, and aren’t professional medical, legal, financial, or tax advice, and aren’t a substitute for it. They can be wrong, out of date, or not right for your situation, so check anything before you rely on it, and see a qualified professional for decisions that need one.

Third-party tools. We teach you to use AI tools such as ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, and we don’t control them. Their features, pricing, availability and terms can change at any time, which may affect the steps our lessons show. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Exercise carries risk. Exercise and physical activity carry inherent risks, and you choose whether and how to act on any plan. Nothing here is medical or fitness advice. Nothing on this page takes away any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Governing law + jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
