Privacy Policy

The short version
We collect your email when you join the newsletter, your name + payment when you buy, and that’s it. We don’t sell anything to anyone. The longer version’s below, in plain English.
Who we are
SATURDAI CLUB is an AI-skills membership and product suite for women in 9-to-5s. Founded and operated by Phoebe Edwards as a sole trader in Queensland, Australia (ABN 92 723 329 612).

What data we collect
- Email address, when you join the newsletter, subscribe to updates, or buy anything from us.
- Name, when you buy a product or join the membership.
- Payment information, handled by Stripe and Circle (PCI-compliant payment processors). We don’t see or store credit card numbers.
- IP address and browser info, for basic site analytics.
- Circle community profile data, if you join the membership, your Circle account info (name, email, profile picture if you upload one) lives in Circle per their terms.
- Course progress data (legacy), courses bought before June 2026 tracked lesson progress on the site. New courses are delivered as downloads and track nothing.
- Pinterest API metadata, board IDs and pin metadata when we use our internal Pinterest publishing tool.
We don’t collect anything you don’t actively give us.
Why we collect it
- Deliver the membership and courses you’ve bought.
- Process payments.
- Send you newsletter and product updates if you’ve opted in.
- Run internal tools (like Pinterest publishing).
- Improve the service over time.
That’s the list. No other purposes.
How we store and protect it
Payment data is handled by Stripe and Circle, they’re PCI DSS compliant and we never see or store your credit card numbers. Site data sits on WordPress.com infrastructure with SSL/HTTPS encryption. Email is stored in our email service provider’s database.
Standard security practice. Nothing fancy, nothing scary.
Who we share it with
The only third parties we share data with are the platforms that help us deliver the service:
- Stripe, payment processing
- Circle, membership community + delivery (billing via Stripe)
- Klaviyo, email delivery
- Pinterest, only when we publish pins from our internal tool
- WordPress.com, site hosting
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone for marketing purposes. Ever. That’s the line.
Your rights
Under the AU Privacy Act and (if you’re in the EU) GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link)
- Export your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@saturdaiclub.com. We respond within 30 days, per AU Privacy Act requirements.
Cookies and tracking
Currently, the site uses basic WordPress analytics cookies for site usage stats. No third-party tracking pixels (yet). If we add Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar tracking in future, we’ll update this policy to reflect it before they go live.
International data transfers
Stripe, Circle, Klaviyo, and WordPress.com are US-hosted services. If you’re in the EU or another region with data-residency laws, your data crosses borders under standard contractual clauses with these providers.
Children’s data
SATURDAI CLUB targets adults in 9-to-5 employment. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through one of our forms, email us at hello@saturdaiclub.com and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page when anything material changes. The “Last updated” date at the top tells you when. If something significant changes, we’ll email anyone we have data on so it’s not a surprise.
