Refund Policy

1. The plain-English summary
Our off-the-shelf products ($19 mini courses, the $39/month membership, and $299 Set Me Up) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If one of them isn’t for you within 14 days, email us and we refund it. No form, no panel, no survey.
The $2,000 Personalised AI Setup is different: it is built to your brief, one client at a time, so there is no change-of-mind refund once you place your order. Instead, every build comes with 14 days of support after delivery.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights sit on top of all of this and cannot be excluded.
2. Our 14-day guarantee (off-the-shelf products)
Every off-the-shelf product on thefullystaffed.com ($19 mini courses, the $39/month membership, and $299 Set Me Up) is backed by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
The window starts the day access is granted: the Stripe payment success for one-off products, or the day your Circle access begins for the membership. To use it, email hello@thefullystaffed.com. No reason required, no exit survey. Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method, and access is removed when the refund processes.
This guarantee is more generous than the law requires. Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply on top of it (section 10).
3. $19 mini courses
The Handover, Meet Your Team, Your Personal Brand, Clock On Clock Off, Habit Hacker, HealthHQ, Calendar. Inbox. Connected., Task Breakdown, and Meeting Mode.
14 days from purchase. Email hello@thefullystaffed.com with the word “refund” and you get the full $19 back within 5 business days. Access is removed when the refund is processed. If you finished the course and still want a refund within 14 days, that is fine too. We trust you.
4. $39/month membership
Cancel anytime, in two clicks, inside Circle. No exit survey, no guilt screen.
The 14-day refund window: cancel within 14 days of joining and we refund that month’s payment in full. After 14 days, you can still cancel anytime; there is no refund of the current month, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. $299 Set Me Up
14 days from purchase, same guarantee as everything else off the shelf. Email hello@thefullystaffed.com with the word “refund” and we refund the full $299 within 5 business days. If we have already delivered your setup when you ask, the refund still stands inside the 14 days.
6. Retired products
If you bought a product we no longer sell (Sort My Week, Voice Note Me, Brain Dump, LifeHQ), the same 14-day window applies from your purchase date. Email us the word “refund” and we process it in full.
7. $79 The Briefing
14 days from purchase. Before delivery: email “refund” and the full $79 comes back within 5 business days. After delivery: still refundable within 14 days, in full, and we do not claw back the pack we sent you. If your intake uncovers a fit problem before delivery, we refund proactively and point you to The Handover ($19) or the membership ($39/month) instead.
8. $2,000 Personalised AI Setup (PAIS)
The Personalised AI Setup is a custom build made to your brief, one client at a time. Because your team is built specifically for you, there is no change-of-mind refund once you place your order. The intake exchange is where fit is confirmed: if we see during intake that we cannot build what you need, we will say so before the build starts rather than take your money.
Instead of a refund window, every build comes with a 14-day support window after delivery: support and tweaks at no charge, so your team fits the way you actually work. After that window, further changes are out of scope.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights apply in full (section 10). If the build is not of acceptable quality, not fit for the purpose we agreed, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of anything above.
9. How to request a refund
Email hello@thefullystaffed.com from your purchase email with the product name and the word “refund”. We respond within 5 business days, and approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval (banks and Stripe can take a further 3 to 10 business days to show it). No form, no panel, no survey.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the ACL, and those rights sit on top of everything above. You can also raise a complaint with the ACCC or your state or territory consumer protection body.
